2021-2022 season
Ridge Robotics qualification match

Ridge Robotics started off the year strong by competing at our first meet of the season last week. We competed in 7 qualification matches. And at the end of the day, we were able to get second place with a score of 527.
2020-2021 season
global virtual robotics convention

January 21, 2020

We co-hosted this convention with Vex and Mustang Robotics to spread awareness of FIRST and STEM. With over 50 attendees, we had 2 guest speakers, talk about their experience in STEM, and held 2 workshops.
Ridge Robotics at States

We competed in the State Championship once again this year. We managed to rank 7th in the State by winning the Motivate award. While this would have qualified us to World's, unfortunately it was cancelled for this pandemic season. Nonetheless, we finished the season well with a strong performance in the Turnpike division.
2019-2020 SEASON
Ridge Robotics Advances to States

January 21, 2020
This past weekend at the Dragon Summit qualifier held in Summit, NJ, we qualified for NJ's FTC state competition, after placing 2nd for the Inspire Award. We also were nominated for 3 out of the 6 judged awards, and won the Think Award. Congratulations and best of luck to the other teams! Thank you Summit for being great hosts. States will be held on March 15th at Columbia High School, Maplewood. We look forward for states!
Libery Science Center Exhibition

February 18, 2019
During the Presidents Day weekend, Ridge Robotics was invited to Liberty Science Center, along with 3 other FTC teams and many other robotics teams from various challenges.

The past weekend, we were nominated for 3 out of the 6 judged awards, and won the Think Award. We look forward to our next regional qualifier on January 15th. Congratulations and good luck to the other teams!

For the second time in a row, Ridge Robotics was able to compete in the NJ State Finals. We had a great second season, and hope to do better next year!
